Hi! My name is Kathy Bazeghi. My husband, Mark, and I have devoted the last 38 years to helping thousands of Oregonians secure the best possible mortgage financing for their needs and their dreams.
After graduating with a BS in Applied Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley, Mark began his professional career in the field of computer technology. He followed this with several years of exporting furniture and automobiles internationally before finally focusing on my true interest, real estate. From 1975 to 1982, he was the CEO of a real estate development and construction company, working from property acquisition through project planning, development, construction, financing and marketing.
In 1983, Mark convinced me to leave my law practice and to join with him to start one of the first mortgage brokerage companies in Oregon. Oregon's Best Mortgage provides our clients with the best service and lowest rates and fees available which has kept us in business for over 38 years!
Our mission is to serve our customers with honesty, integrity and competence. Our goal is to provide home loans to our clients while providing them with the lowest interest rates and closing costs possible. Furthermore, we pledge to help borrowers overcome roadblocks that can arise while securing a loan.
We understand that securing mortgage financing can be a stressful process. We do everything we can to simplify the process and make the experience as easy and painless as possible.
We understand each customer is different and has different needs. We are always happy to meet you at your home, office or favorite coffee shop to go over all the initial loan disclosures to be sure you have a good understanding of what you are signing. Update: On 6/16/2020, my beloved husband, Mark, passed away. I continue to work with the same ideals and ethics that were so important to him and our many clients.
